Thanks to Peter and staff at RV&E Bike and Skate for excellent service and helping me select a perfect bike at a time when there are so few available. The experience was total class from start to finish, and we will be back once stocks replenish to get a bike for my wife. Thanks everyone (including Marbles the staff feline).

In both the Fairport store and in the Canandaigua store I was greeted and waited on as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and treated me with respect as an older woman cyclist. They went out of their way to listen to me, answer my questions, and make sure my needs were met. I left with the perfect bike for me!
