Very nice hotel within walking distance to Syracuse University. FREE parking. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff! Thank you ladies for all the restaurant recommendations and fresh brewed coffee. Comfy pillows, beds and rooms. Definitely stay there again.nNote: thin walls and no coffee in the room but coffee is available in the lobby.
The beds are comfortable, but the walls have no soundproofing in this hotel. We could hear loud talking, televisions, walking/movement in other rooms late at night and very early each morning. The Internet did not work at all for our two night stay. We were told it required a separate phone call to ‘troubleshoot’ with Hilton corporate. The information was provided on a printed notice when we repeatedly asked that it be stirred on for our room. Clearly a common problem here. No ability to address into site for two days. The rooms are not cleaned daily during a stay of three days. Apparently you might be able to request this as a special request? Not worth the $140 all in daily price.
We had a great stay at the Hotel Skyler. The hotel was super clean and very accomodating. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and with a smile. We will definitely stay here again.
I had an extended stay here in 2019 and was very happy here. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The room was different, which is why we chose it. We could walk to everything. Definitely not an ordinary hotel!
We found this hotel to be extemely clean and the staff very welcoming. The decor is interesting and unique. We enjoyed our brief stay and would most definitely recommend this hotel.
