Beautiful suite! Huge! Felt guilty it was just me. Due to COVID-19 nothing was available except the room. Only disappointment was it still cost $10 a day for parking tho.
Excellent location. Great customer service. Clean rooms. Very simple, no frills. Comfy bed and a big TV. Perfect crash pad!
We loved it here. Got a King suite with a kitchen. It was definitely a Queen bed, but it was for my boyfriend and I, so we didn't really care. Great little kitchenette with a stovetop and every utensil you could ever need.nnQuiet, clean, and charming. Wish we had checked out the restaurant.
Had to switch rooms twice to get one that had working air conditioning. Sink was broken in the second room. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Students are staying for the entire semester, and they're interspersed with guests. That means lots of people and lots of noise. Takeout trash left in halls. No one was wearing a mask except the bell hop. Not a great hotel. So much nicer when it was the Genesee Grand. Stay elsewhere.
