I wish I could give this place more than five stars. Ally at the front desk made our stay incredible from the first phone call. She was joyus, and so kind. When we checked in (in costume) she remembered us from the phone and made us feel so welcome. She also gave us one of her personal bath bombs for me to enjoy in the room she moved us to (I'm pregnant so having a tub is so nice). The room was clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I will absolutely be back. Thank you for the perfect night away
This hotel always has an air of class. The staff is always willing to help, which makes your stay an overall joy. Cleanliness is top notch, with excellent COVID protocols in place.
The room was not cleaned and now I'm itching all over the place. The soap bar was more than halfway used, the bathroom was dirty and ceiling panel coming down. The closet had a blanket thrown in there and the iron was on the floor unwrapped. Which clearly shows the room was not properly cleaned. This is very bad reputation for a hilton property. I was refused a refund. I better not catch covid 19 from whoever was the previous person staying in that room. ud83dude24
The renovation turned out beautiful! I love the rooms they have those beautiful pictures of Syracuse New York. Great thing about it is they actually do time clocks the families for the pool to comply with the covid. No hot breakfast but you can get one in a bag to go back to your room.
Terrible. Fights all night. Fire alarm going off. Noise outside of rooms all night. You could smell the marijuana in the entire place. The TV channels are unacceptable. The rooms were great. It was the rest of the stay that was bothering
