Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had cereals, muffins, waffles, milk, apple juice, orange juice and more along with your Starbucks coffee! It was a pleasant stay. I like how they had a bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash because it was enough for our bath and shower.
So impressed with this staff! Heather at the front desk this morning made sure I got to the airport on time after no lyfts, Ubers, or taxis! We finally found a taxi to take me and she was so considerate to help me. The desk worker (Justin?) when I came in made sure I got what I needed and even called over to the other Marriott so I could go grab some wine over there. The manager detron was so accommodating and welcoming! Would absolutely stay here again when coming through Syracuse! Thank you everyone at this Marriott!
Just coming back online from COVID restrictions. Grab and go breakfast only, but the restaurants next door are open for indoor dining.
Sad that the pool and other amenities weren't available for use. But the staff and hotel are top notch.
Very nice Hotel to visit. Staff was friendly and covid compliant.
