They messed up a lot but they basically gave us our stay for half off. Overall the hotel is nice only thing walking distance is like a Jimmy Johns sub. We ended up leaving a day early because I live close by and just wanted to be in my own bed at that point.

One of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed this year. Being the type of year that this is I am super critical when it comes to cleanliness and always carry a UV light with me to any place that I stay. Before entering the room they have this sticker on the door with the QR code that you can scan to see what their cleaning process is like and I thought it was a good sign until I stepped into the room. I would say it was a joke but to me it's a lot more serious because of the covid-19 situation. Absolutely everywhere I looked I saw signs of the room not being cleaned, some of which didn't even need the UV light. they were fingerprints behind the entrance door, there we're stained on the tops of the TV stand and desks and night tables. The toilet seat still had residue from whoever occupied the room last. The base of the toilet seat was disgusting, see pictures. Even the elevator floor had stains. The windows weren't wiped properly and the walls either period and one of the photos I show what it should look like after wiping as you can see a clear line between where the UV light shines and shows the dirty wall and the area that I cleaned with my own sanitizing wipes. I'm praying that the sheets and pillowcases were washed. I get that it's not a five-star hotel but they should take cleaning a lot more serious.
