Rooms were clean and I like that you can really tell it’s been cleaned, there was a sticker in the door to let you know it’s been cleaned and no one has entered since. Even the remote had a sticker over it to note it had been cleaned. Staff is really friendly. Sad the jacuzzi is closed but kind of expected, the pool is open with limits which is actually kind of nice so it doesn’t get crowded. Compared to other hotels our family has stayed at recently in the area, the Hilton was exceptional and we will absolutely be back!
The staff was great upon check in, everything went off without a hitch. When I checked in the staff as if I would like a complimentary breakfast in the morning as I was an honours member. I gladly accepted. The grooms were great
This location was not quite a Trainwreck but very close. We arrived on a Thursday night and we were told their computer system had been down since Monday and even though the three of us are Diamond members, they would have to swipe our credit cards, even though the rooms were prepaid by the company. They were also unable to provide receipts upon checkout Friday morning. We were informed they would email them to us and none of us receive the email, we had to call Monday and Tuesday to get them. We will stay elsewhere next time in Syracuse.

Tub was dirty..nGave us food stain remover to clean the tub with...nThe whole nozzle came off the tub and water went every where..nThere was no heat what's so ever had heat on 90 and it stayed 60° in the room the entire stay...nI feel like they knew that room had issue once i addressed the issues they agreed with me and they did refund my stay!!nnBut never again will i come bk there worse experience ever 1st amd last
