Clean room. Great price. Only complaint is there was only 1 bath towel. Over all great stay!!
The big boss was at the front desk upon check in. Very professional and helpful with everything!! When the night time guy showed up he was very unprofessional!!! I had a issue in my room I called down to the front desk for about 30 mins than I figured my room phone didn't work than I tryed off my cellphone for about 10 mom's than I told myself something wasn't right went down to the front desk when Thomas told me the big boss gave him the ok to shut off the front desk phone. I explained to him I worked front desk at a hotel before and told him stop blowing smoke up myass. After that he came to my room twice just to bother me !! Discussed this issue with the big boss again this morning !!! Hopefully tonight's stay will be better
This will be my new go to when I’m trying to get away from home for a weekend! I booked my first day on Sunday after having a terrible experience at econo on i90 Dewitt! The lady that was at the front desk was so friendly and professional! Unlock the door for me and all! Overall everyone I dealt with there was so friendly I checked out today from Sunday lol! Price and room where great as well! Highly recommended !
Bring soap. The soap bars provided were the smallest I’ve seen, maybe 1/4 the size of normal hotel soap. I was told it was due to COVID(!?). Other than that, okay hotel.
Great service and prices!!! Rooms were clean too. I Would recommend!
