I had the unusual check-in. I needed to stay from 7am to 5 pm. I had no problems with that and didn’t get charged extra. The front desk person was very pleasant and welcoming. I have the sensitive sleep and for me it is important that the hotel is quite enough. I had no issues with noise. I was also impressed how clean was the room. They had enough towels, room looked renovated and spacious. The only one thing I wish they have was a microwave

The staff was perfectly friendly. My husband, two daughters, and two dogs stayed at this hotel. Immediately, we found a pill on our floor and our room was very dirty. The manager was accommodating and moved our room. This new room was clean however, the remote did not work, the TV was glitchy, and the controls on the TV didn't work either. We were stuck watching A&E. By the time we finally sat down to watch TV we didn't have the energy to complain anymore. At check out they removed one pet fee. Our bill was still over 100$ for a small room with no working accommodations. Breakfast was terrible. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly. Will not be staying there again.

We stayed here on our way to NH and one time on our way back. Only because when we booked the room. There was not free cancellation. This place was not what we were used to. In staying at several Best Westerns. The rooms were older looking. We were the only guests! No fridge and no coffee. To go with the coffee pot in the room! It was more of an unsettling feeling here. Unfortunately a very low class Best Western and not a place we will stay at again.

Well the hotel is very clean and staff and nice and helpful. I have been staying in the hotel for about 3 weeks because my apartment is still not ready so me and my life partner are stay here. The hotel is really nice and clean if u are in the area and your looking for a great hotel the Best Western is the place to go.
