Clean and comfortable. The only odd thing is that the king bed was very high. The mattress was at least 3 feet above the floor. Getting in it reminded me of climbing into my parents' bed when I was 2.

I was a regular guest at this hotel for many years, where I stayed there approximately 10-12 times per year. About a half hour after checking out after my last stay, I received a phone call saying they had found evidence of smoking in the room, and they were charging me a $200 cleaning fee. My wife and I did NOT smoke in the room. I was told by the manager that they had photographic evidence, which they then refused to show me. I asked them to check the security cameras where they'd be able to clearly see that my wife and I went outside to smoke multiple times throughout our stay. At this point the manager told me that I was banned from the premises, and abruptly hung up on me. They have since ignored my calls, emails, the BBB, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and Wyndham (the parent company) who was powerless to help since this location is a franchise, not directly owned by the company. Great way to treat a loyal & regular customer.

You should still give people breakfast. Did the pandemic make it so people don't need to eat now? A lot of hotels are having boxes of food in a fridge that people can pick up in the morning. You can't use covid to scam people out of food.

Plumbing did not work in the room, toilet, tub and sink water not going down from the start of our stay. I had to run around the hotel to look for a bathroom to use. We tell the front desk people about our issue and are told that they cannot do anything about it nor were they following state rules about masks. If the guest is expected to wear a mask then the employees should be also. Very dissatisfied..
