I have been staying here at least two nights a week since about August 2020 for a construction project up here. This hotel has become my second home. Lee, Nicole and the rest of the staff have always made me feel welcome, and are always attentive to any need that may arise. The rooms are always clean, the lobby is stunning, and the fitness center has been a Godsend during this pandemic. I highly recommend anyone stay here, whether it be for business or pleasure
The bathroom was incredible. The lighting was fantastic. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and I loved the rough surface on the floor of the shower as well. It was completely slip-proof. I'll definitely be thinking of my Doubletree bathroom experience the next time I spend the night in Utica, New York.
We are having a wedding 9.4.2021 and we wanted to block a room. We had to call 4 different times to get a straight answer. First we called in December, they told us to come back 6 months. It’s the 6 month mark, and they have no idea what they are doing! If you are a bride, do yourself a favor and go else where. We sure will.
The beauty of the hotel is met by kindness and professionalism of the staff. They make you feel as if your stay in the most important. The hotel is clean, updated, yet reservation of history. There is a frame of the history of the property that helps transform your stay and views.
My hobby and I recently stayed at the DoubleTree, Utica and could not be happier. We were very impressed with the service from the front desk, the host in the restaurant, the food was Great...the waiters on duty during our stay were TOP Notch. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.nnKeep up the good work Guys !!!!
