Had a window installed but rubber on it was compressed due to factory wrapper. I waited 2 months with several contacts and finally the sash was replaced but with a damaged sash. The rubber on the sash is torn off and missing. Now I have been waiting another 2 months. I keep getting the same story every time I inquire. It is not affecting the seal. They are working on it. It was made in Canada and because of Covid.

Had a budget number from them. Requested a detailed cost of materials and labor which they refused to provide.

More expensive than most suppliers.

I will never use this place for windows again I ordered for windows in which all came back the wrong size he told me bring him the windows back he will credit me $300 I will have to pay another $900 for the windows to get resized ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14 I dont think so but nice try
