I just rented a house 4days ago and I had a contractor give his professional opinion on the house. His opinion was its a good sound house with minor repairs that were checked for quality but all in all with that repaired its a sound house. I care immensely about the properties I live in as that's my home. Having a lisence contractor tell me that made me feel very secure.i emailed for repairs and I will update this review based on responsiveness and professionalism. So far so good though as opposed to other rental agencies in the Falls.nnUPDATE: Quick response time and very professional. Someone will b out as soon as Friday for the repair.

My family had to move because of the roof on the first house fell into our one daughter's room now the same thing happened in our other daughter's room. No one answered the phone on the emergency number

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst people to rent from stay FAR away.they were impossible to get in touch with if something went wrong.They will tell you anything to not give you back your security deposit.I told them multiple times I’d be moving out and the date and when I finally went and gave them the key After my lease was up he said “your not getting nothing back”because I was suppose to write on a piece of paper I’m moving out which wasn’t in there lease terms and my lease was up.Like i said I told 2 people from there company I would be moving out and nothing about that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! There places are horrible as well and infested with rodents.

If I could given them MINUS FIVE STARS I would. We were referred to them by the seller of the house we bought as a rental in Niagara Falls. In 3 years, they have made ONE deposit in a timely manner. I suspect, as others have stated, that they do not do the maintenance they charge us for, that they inflate the maintenance costs, and that they do not qualify tenants appropriately. We have had 2 tenants go through eviction in 3 years, and the last tenant was in the process for about a year.nnWhat I am CERTAIN OF is that they REFUSE to pay us rent receipts which are legally and contractually owed and that they simply stonewall and ignore our calls and emails. We have terminated the contract (which they breached repeatedly from the beginning) and we have hired a lawyer to get the more than $3000 they owe us (probably a lot more than that really!), and I am filing complaints with legal authorities against them. If you have also been cheated by these people, I suggest you do the same. If we do nothing, they will continue to cheat people right and left. After 3 years of the same performance from them with NO improvement and NO APPROPRIATE responses to our communication, we have every reason to believe that this is a criminal enterprise. RUN FROM THEM.

Yea I actually wanna rate them NO stars!! If you’re looking for a nice home to rent w/o rodents DO NOT go through investors services. If you want cheap rent in an okay neighborhood and things won’t get fixed w/ rodents, when needed, rent from investors services. I learned my lesson TODAY! Several people warned me about this company and I did not listen. I’m starting to think they are scammers of some sort.
