Adam was wonderful. It was our one year wedding anniversary, and he went above and beyond. He recommended a wine, and we ended up finishing the bottle. He also gave us a wonderful seat between the patio and the fireplace.nnOn top of just being a wonderful and friendly person, he truly gave us an experience that made our night special. Thank you Adam, for giving us such a nice night, at a great restaurant.nnOh yeah, the food was great too!
Unfortunately are room was very small and not very clean. Had stuff on floor,windows were extremely dirty from prior guests, and we had a river view room . Also the closet still had prior guest clothing tags left in there. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was not great hard to get the hot water on. Not sure we will book again.
Room was clean and comfortable. Maids didn't offer fresh towels the next day. No room service menus in the room. Remote to the TV did not work. But over all it was a nice stay.
Room was nice but the staff except for the gentleman at the restaurant and the waitress were rude. Pool towels were rarely stocked so everyone was getting mad about that. The pool area also had massive leaks in it which at some point is going to cause mold. Told us we couldn't have any kind of drink in the pool area then there came a party with more than the allowed amount and they all had drinks. Just surprised with the lack of hotel business nowadays they operate like that. Pool was warm though which was good.
Nice place expected a little more for what we payed
