We Woke up to find 2 large cockroaches on the wall. Room was dirty. There were blood stains in the bathroom. My wife had bed bug bites on her. Cleaning people werenEXTREMELY rude. There was no heat on until late into the night and you can not control it from your room. If bugs dirty rooms and rude people are what you are looking for then this is the place for you. If not I would stay away...

I love this place. Quaint and quiet and you can't beat the price. I had a wonderful stay. Only minutes away from Niagara Falls.
Great deal! Room was very spacious for the price, owner was very kind and helpful, located pretty close to places you'll want to go. Would stay here again.
The room I had the ceiling was peeling down. The one bed had bed bugs and no hot water and the heat in the room. Did not work
