The owner personally returned my call and he held a room based off my word and under short notice. He would check on us and he made sure to accommodate my 4 year old son. I highly recommend Falls Motel If I post something I do not sugar coat it I give it to you that way I receive it. They care about the people that stay here. Falls Motel is the only motel I well stay at in Niagara Falls. Smoke free rooms witch IIove, that love, it love it. The own understand any situation just be honest with him.. The owner is super nice and friendly. Although the rooms are out dated they are still cute and cozy. The motel itself is pleasant to look at. Giving 4 stars because the light was messed up in the bathroom and there were no batteries in the remote. I enjoyed my stay at this place. It is also very close to stores, restaurants, and Niagara Falls, ny.
The older gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and even brought us some breakfast the following morning... if you get the opportunity definitely book your stay at this hotel, it's a good price with friendly staff.
Nice place and a friendly owner. We’ll definitely come back when visit Niagara Falls later.
