Room or hotel was not as pictured, room AC/heat only worked on low temperature, hooks on door to bathroom were broke. Services was ok and breakfast options was good!!!
Well kept smells great location is perfect and so was the price . Soon as I checked in the front desk called me to make sure we made it in . The pillows are really soft ud83dude2c had an amazing view
My daughter in law and I arrived for a one night stay on November 15th. Due to a wind storm in the area we were alerted upon check-in that the hotel had some power outages. We checked in, went to our room and upon inspection found that the wall the tv was on, was without power. We kind of expected that and despite the inconvenience we planned to stay thinking maybe power would be restore soon. My daughter in law then started wiping down surfaces with some disinfectant wipes and she immediately found that the lower shelf in the nightstand was thick with dust. It was obvious that that particular surface had not been cleaned in some time. That was concerning to us. My daughter in-law sat upon her bed for a moment as we were deciding what our next plan might be and within seconds she had a flea jump on her. We went right to the desk to report this and they gave us an option to check out another room. We did so and didn't find it much cleaner. Needless to say, we check out of this location immediately. I attempted to contact the manager of the hotel about this incident and never heard back from her. This is disappointing as we have stayed at Holiday Inns several times in the past and have always been satisfied with our stay.
Beds are VERY uncomfortable. Also had a family across the hall from us that had a dog that barked constantly, so we didn't sleep for 2 nights. I understand it's not their fault that the dog was loud, however, we told someone about it and nothing was even said. We were on our honeymoon, and hoped to relax, we were ready to stay somewhere else the 2nd night. The guy that worked the front desk when we checked in was very nice, and it's close to the falls, stores, resturants, etc., The room was also clean.
Empty condom wrapper and a popper under the dresser. The dryer broke when I used it - couldn't dry my clothes. Vending machines were broken. Under the bed, there was an inch layer of dust. Beds are uncomfortable.nnPositive note: they allow cats. The heat and air conditioner works really well.
