I have a large family. We stayed there for 4 days. The staff were amazingly friendly and the manager was wonderful to us. Breakfast was hot on the weekend only but they also had a variety for breakfast items during the weekday which I appreciated for my picky eater. My daughter said it was her best birthday ever and i know that our stay here played a part in that.
Clean room and a safe place to stay the staff are friendly and always greeted you when you arrive and leave. The front desk staff including Ariel and Tiffaney were very helpful.
After the nightmare at a previous hotel I booked this hotel and it was a quick check in Jessica at the front desk was extremely helpful and a very nice person the rooms were clean plenty to do around the area highly would recommend a stay here even if it's a 10-15 min drive to the falls it was worth the stay
The rooms are good and location is fine....the staff is rude and utterly incompetent. We called weeks in advance to make sure we could book adjoining rooms. Long story short we showed up and they had given away our adjoining rooms and we just got a shrug of the shoulders. Many other choices in this area that are just as nice but provide better customer service.
The staff is very nice we Spent 7 nights there we will stay there again soon.
