We just checked in, so disappointed. First off when I was searching for hotels it said it was the Wyndom hotel, but turned out it was The travel lodge. They ended changing us more then was stated online. We came to the room I disinfected the doors and every and any where I thought me and my family will touch. While wiping down the chairs there was rat poop there. The chairs were dusty. It looks like they hadn’t cleaned the room I. The last 2 months. So bad. Do not come here at all.

You get what you pay for.. only thing nice I can say is the room was clean. The booking website started they had a shuttle to the Falls.. They fail to say you have to cross a busy street and wait at a different hotel. We waited 15 mins on a shuttle that never showed up..The key doesn't work half the time. Very disappointed.

I booked 2 Room with 2 Double bed when i called for assistance reply was rude and yelled againn& again only 2 + 2 we charge extra for extra person while under 12 children stay is free on company's website, don't ever book here. i canceled it & I booked Motel 6 with same price at Niagara with all same. Need some listening skilles also.

We were told there was a free shuttle, so we waited then the owner told us the shuttle picked up a block away across a busy street we walked over waited a half hour and never saw the shuttle later around 9 and 10 PM I was outside and still didn't see the shuttle. I brought this up to the owners at checkout and they proceeded to curse at me and call me a liar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
