Our stay was very nice. We needed to stay three more days .They gladly made it possible. Fresh smelling and clean . We would will be back . Staff very friendly.
First time in New York and this place made us feel right at home. Will recommend to anyone planning on visiting Niagra Falls. Hotel followed covid protocols and rooms were clean. Pool was clean and big enough for the kiddos. They made our first trip to New York a very pleasant one.
Great hotel for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the pool made for a relaxing evening. It is close to the falls which is an added bonus. We got to town early and called to see if we could check in early and we were able to. The front desk woman was really sweet and friendly. Will definitely recommend!!
It was very nice for a 2 star hotel. Very clean. Seemed new. It was better than a few of the 4 star places I've been to.
Nice hotel, awesome value for what we paid Dec 2020. Staff was nice, hotel was clean. Beds comfy, firm the way we like it.
