Town Pharmacy

Best pharmacy. I originally began to use this pharmacy for its convenient location, however I was more than pleased with the level of customer service that this place provides. Everyone is extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They will even let you know well in advance when a prescription is about to run out of refills so you have enough time to get the new prescription (I have run into problems with other pharmacies with this issue). Highly recommend.

SIMPLY THE BEST ..LIKE PHARMACIES USED TO BE ..SERVICE ORIENTED AND TRUSTWORTHY.THEY ARE ALWAYS UP TO DATE ON THE LATEST CHANGES AND ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME TO DIRECT ,TO EXPLAIN ,TO SUGGEST ..THE CVS AND THE RITE AIDS ARE THERE TO SELL COSMETICS ,TO SELL SNACKS AND HOUSEHOLD CLEANERS ..AND OH, YES THE RX!!! .......I WANT A PHARMACIST WHO WILL REMEMBER ME !!.WHY GO ELSEWHERE ???

This is the best pharmacy ever! The owners go above and beyond in their delivery of needed medications (dropping off filled scripts to my family members throughout the island and five boroughs), their kindness, helpfulness and knowledge. They care about their customers, greet you by name when you come in and are never too busy to take a phone call to help you out. If I could give them twenty stars instead of five, I would.

It takes too much time to pick up a prescription. Alan is very friendly, but I need a faster service.

If you want outstanding personalized customer service you must shop at Town Pharmacy. My family has been getting medication from them for a number of years now and they always go above and beyond. I am just sorry that it took me so long to write a review.
