I just had a full tear off replacement roof done by Yorkstate. The owner, Jeremiah was very helpful, reasonable, and professional. The crew that came out was amazing, the job was done in 2 working days. So far, I am happy with the results. They worked safe, considering I have a high 2 and a half floor roof with a steep pitch. Everyone seemed to be communicating well with each other, which is how a good team works. There were several people on the ground cleaning up throughout the whole 2 days. They protected my neighbors homes on both sides of me. My biggest concern the day before they came out was I came across a birds nest in the back yard just below the roof with 3 baby birds residing in it. I showed Jeremiah, and showed the crew. They came up with a plan to house the birds under plywood triangles over them. I'm happy and the parents of the birds are happy as well. The birds are still alive and doing well.nMy roof looks awesome! Great job, I would highly recommend these guys!
