They make there own ( vinyl products), which they stand behind, I think you need a contractor to buy there.

Just called and talked to Mike about the locking latches on my windows from 2004. No problem he said. I will drop them in the mail for you. Now thats customer service.. Thanks guys for great windows.

We just built brand new home and used Alside Mezzo windows. Approximately 30 windows in total and EVERY one of them LEAKS! This is not a few drops of water we are talking towels upon towels that are soaked. Leaking down the walls and into the basement. We literally have to stay up at night when it rains to tend to the windows so we don't wind up with ruined hardwoods and drywall. We are seeking legal recourse. DO NOT BUY this product.

Window installation leaks terrible. Had someone come out in April, he made adjustments and had to order a replacement window for one that cracked. It's now the end of August and we are still waiting on the replacement. I keep calling, told the guy with the window will call me, still waiting. I now have his number and he never answers his phone. Beginning to wonder if he even exist.
