Towpath is fantastic! My wife and I love coming here. The Staff are smart and nice and welcoming. The atmosphere feels very accepting and fun. I love the interior design of the place too, especially upstairs; there's a cool look of nature, outdoors, mixed with trendy bike gear and clothing. Always happy to visit for bike needs!

Had a Great experience yesterday with the purchase of a New Trek for my son. We had purchased a Bike 3 years ago and used their trade in program to get the new one. The trade in process was easy, the transaction was super quick, efficient and everyone was courteous and friendly,. The shop was super clean and we couldn't be happier with our visit. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to get a new Bike!

Love the fact that I was able to buy the exact bike I was looking for locally. Service was top notch. I'm new to cycling so I was a little intimidated walking in, but the whole process was a breeze and everyone that I encountered was super friendly and welcoming.nnCan't imagine ever going to another bike shop!

Scott and team are friendly, informed and always willing to honestly help with all your biking needs. We have purchased a couple of Treks there including accessories and always return for tune-ups given the personal service you always receive. Great Bike Shop with deep local roots.

I LOVE MY NEW ELECTRIC BIKE! I found a bike that was perfect for my needs thanks to the attention and help of not just my sales associate, but because of many people jumping in to help. I got my questions answered, tested out several bikes (even ones that they had to assemble new out of the box!) chose accessories, and on top of that, got a great price. I walked (or should I say rode) out with a bike that was comfortable and would allow me to ride (for fun and exercise) despite my health issues because of Johnny, Jarrel, Rob and Scott.
