I highly recommend Saratoga Pharmacy as I have been very impressed with their customer service and treatment of their clients. They are always a pleasure to work with and provide rapid responses.

Subpar pharmacy, if you have a problem they'll leave you on hold until the next person picks up and repeats the process till you give up. They refuse to give up prescriptions to other pharmacies because they want to fill it with out your consent for the money. Pharmacist and rude and have little understanding of how a pharmacy runs and works. Seems to me like they want to fill as many prescriptions as possible and not deal with problems by lying about why they can do said task. You should probably go to any other pharmacy rather than this one.

I love Saratoga Pharmacy and especially my pharmacist Eli. Overall the staff is very kind and compassionate with the clients. Eli is extra. His professional demeanor has been a God send for me. The staff at Saratoga actually care about all of us and do their best to make sure that our needs are met. Love them forever!!!

Best pharmacy in Rochester!! Can’t say enough.nThe packaging and delivery services are very helpful for elderly and especially in a cold snowy place like Rochester. The owner of the pharmacy is very caring and always helpful. She herself involves and helps out and always goes an extra mile to help. The employees/staff are very friendly and well trained. Kudos to the entire team. Thank you for all your services

They are soliciting reviews through emails and for any constructive criticism or negative feedback they are asking to email rather than post and address publicly. Keep that in mind when reviewing positive reviews. Substandard pharmacy. Have been unable to speak to a pharmacist. Long wait times over the phone. They will not transfer prescriptions. They continue to auto-fill prescriptions even when they are stopped to get dispensing fees. Drug information knowledge is poor.They deliver and will do pill packing - helpful, but they value the product over the patient. Patient = number, medications = $. Number x $ = they are a volume based service rather than quality. Use at your own risk.
