It was a great experience for a beginner like me! The guy that was working on the beginner zone carpet was the best! He gave me tips and tricks how to work on my snowboard. I wouldn’t get this far without him. The other staff was also nice. I stayed in the village and it was nice and cozy. They provide all the things you will need. Love!

They know how to make you feel like a Second Class Guest!nnLift tickets are not cheap ($130/adult) yet I was constantly feeling as though I was treated as a second class guest.nnOn my way up the mountain I went up a lift that led to another lift midway up the mountain. I, along with my 8 year old son, skied right up to the lift and were ready to get on. We were met by the ski lift attendant informing us that the lift was only for the race team and the “boss with a private party.” My son and I spent a good while speaking with the very kind and apologetic ski lift attendant who seemed to share my thoughts about how ridiculous this whole situation was. It was our first time at the mountain and I told the attendant that I was not sure how/where we could get to somewhere else at that point. The attendant then went to make a phone call to see what could be done. Finally, the “boss” appeared and the ski lift attendant spoke with him off to the side. He agreed to allow us to go up the mountain (after him and his private party, of course).nnOk, time for a break to go have a bite to eat and warm up. Nice! There are fire pits! Oh wait, the two fire pits available are full of wood but no fire. There IS a fire in the “members only” area. There were many people sitting around the unlit wood in the commoner area and absolutely nobody near the fire in the “members only” area.

The new lift tickets are activated by RFD which makes everything real simple and easy. No more ski lift paper hanging off your jacket. Everything went smoothly and I had a great time skiing. The food prices were astronomical but that's to be expected at these places.

Great experience. Shuttle driver went above and beyond, engaging in conversation with my 10 year old daughter, and interacting with her about a $2 bill he had. At the end of the ride, he tipped my daughter with the $2 bill from his own tip jar and let her keep it!
