This is my place to see my son at Brockport College. Yes, it's about a 15-20 minute ride, but well worth it. You will be spoiled by two very attentive owners, Pete and Lori. They live nearby and are available in heart beat. Very clean!!! If you don't have breakfast at the BnB, they will kindly offer you a nice meal at their diner. I've gone up with my daughter and by myself. Relaxing, yet you have all the amenities. Lori even knows what coffee to leave out for me when I book a visit. It truly is the best!
I grew up in LeRoy and drove by this place for years thinking I'd never have an opportunity to stay here because it's right around the corner from my parent's house. Fast forward several years and my sister and I both have kids of our own and now we need more space when we all visit our parents. This B&B worked great for extra sleeping space for our family.nnWe enjoyed breakfast at No Finer Diner - everyone found their favorite! Lori even took care of us on Christmas with yummy muffins and coffee cake.
Lori and Pete set the standards. My wife and I were fortunate to be one of their first customers when we went and saw Journey and Def Leopard in concert. Lori and Pete made our memories last forever
This place is SOOO homey! The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the bed sheets felt like heaven! I never wanted to leave this place!! It had very positive vibes ! The owner went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were comfortable! 10/10 recommend this place if you want a good nights sleep! The breakfast the next morning was so delicious! ❤ufe0f We have not a single bad thing to say about this place! (PS I still want to order a bed set from you ud83dude0d)
This place was great and had everything you could need plus more from a bed and breakfast. The owners are amazing and live off the property. They also own the local diner in which breakfast is included in your stay. The food was perfect. The house was large and had plenty of space. We were the only guests at the time of our stay so it was very quiet. They have everything you could need, plus more. We will surely be returning soon.
