Just stopped in for a minute. Very friendly and professional staff. This place is spotless. Lunch time smells amazing. They always have some function going on. That says a lot about this hotel. Popular !
Restaurant 2.5 starsnHotel 5 StarsnnThe service at the restaurant is awful. 20 minutes for drinks, an hour for food. The wait staff and host/hostess are nice though. Not sure what the deal is. The food is decent. The wings are great. The steak is good. Go there with good company so you can forget how long it takes to get served.
This was a nice hotel. I was a little hesitant pulling up because of the layout. It reminded me of a super 8. But the bedding was nice and there were nice extras in the room like mouthwash, and bath & body lotion (my fave!). No breakfast included though. There is a restaurant, but we were eager to get back on the road, so we did not stay.
If I could leave zero stars I would, found a roach in our room and the manager in charge Nichole argued what it was and said it would probably be better if we left. Called the GM John and he was sticking up for his manager and tried to say they had the roach analyzed which she thrown out so he basically lied. Would not stay there again for fear of bringing roaches home.
Love Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Pet friendly with a small deposit. Room service is stellar and the little ‘store’ located near the lobby desk in the express inn has a wide range of food and snacks! The parking lots are always large enough to maneuver a trailer out a large 26’ UHaul.nnCovid sanitized. You feel safe and clean here.nnI highly recommend all Holiday Inn and Express stays.
