Very unhappy at the lack of acknowledgement of being a loyal DIAMOND member. And house keeping staff making noise, yelling to one another and vacuuming in the hall at 8:50am in the morning, even though had a do not disturb sign on my door. It was as they were doing it on purpose to get paying customers up and out. Checkout is 11am. Also, you need to educate and train your staff to understand what the Wyndham rewards program and membership is. And that Diamond members are entitled to free room upgrades when they are plenty available.
I stay at this location every time I come to Upstate New York. Rooms are always clean,comfortable and most importantly the shower works well with plenty of hot water!
There were bugs in the bed and on the pillows. So disgusting. Asked for money back I didn't get it and didn't get back a phone call even. So dirty
Dungeonesqe lighting accentuates a simple charming quality. If you're looking for a location where crawling around, searching in the carpet for drugs once thought lost - then look no further.
