Their tags do not match the price at the register. This has happened to me one too many times. November 22, 2020 I told the cashier that my total was much higher then expected. I asked for her to help me review the item costs and she just stared at me. Again my total is too high and something not right. She literally stared at me without saying a single word. I had to pay for the items to get my receipt. I looked it over and was overcharged for 3 items. The manager had to refund my $14. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. That was just rude on the cashier's part.

Doubles as a FedEx package dropoff/pickup point! I was so happy to know that I could drop off my FedEx packages here. Mine had the label preprinted and on the package, so I can't attest to whether it works exactly like a regular FedEx location where you can walk in with a package and tell the clerk the address. My intuition tells me it's just a drop off point for packages with printed labels on them. Either way, great job Walgreens!

5 hours ago I placed an order through the drive up. There was 1 car behind me, the clerk asked for my name and phone number as she said it was too busy to get my items but they would call me as soon as they gathered my order. Well, still no call. I am 70 years old and am really trying to social distance. I was happy when they instituted this policy but obviously this Walgreens decided too much trouble for them. Maybe they need to think like a small business!

Used to be a great pharmacy with great staff. I don't know what has happened but, it seems they're all gone and all the new workers are rude, unsociable, not keen to helping you problem solve why the script your physician insists got sent to them, is not there. I could go on. Not sure if I should look to another nearby Walgreens or try Rite-Aid or CVS.
