This shop is terrific! The staff is very knowledgable and courteous. Bobbi did a fantastic job of educating myself and my daughter on all of the features of their variety of bikes. I had to make adjustments to my purchase and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Tom, the owner was incredibly nice to work with. Not only did he fit my 13 year old daughter perfectly, but he made the necessary adjustments to the change we needed to make. It is such a refreshing and welcomed experience to have people who listen and are willing to work with you. My family will remain customers of Tom's Pro Bikes in the future.
