Northstar Bikes

I brought two bikes in for tune-ups. I was completely informed on work to be done. There were areas where they might need to make a repair upon further inspection. They did not need to be done. They did not use the opportunity to charge for unnecessary work. There was no hard sell to purchase unneeded equipment. Bikes were done on time as promised. I am so happy that Northstar is back in my area.

The young men at Northstar are courteous, honest, knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve taken my bike to be timed up the past few years and they always do a great job! It looks like new when they are finished. Last year I needed lights so they had me bring my bike in so they could put the lights on for me. I am happy to support a local well run business

What a great experience. The guys who run the place are friendly, skilled, and honest. They told us that one part (about $25) may have needed replacement, but it turns out it was fine, so they didn’t do it. They made some suggestions that they said would make the bike perform better, but they did not pressure us or oversell. We’ve found our bike repair shop!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable Great service. And very friendly dog. Brought in my wife’s Elliptigo. Had it serviced and ready for the upcoming season. They are very thorough explained everything they did. They did such a great job I brought in my bike for a seasonal service. I would recommend these guys to anyone

Bought my bicycle from these guys last Spring and I am in love! I did some shopping around beforehand and Northstar Bikes was very reasonable compared to other shops in the area. Every time I have a question, Hayden and Nick are able to help me out. I trust these guys with all of my biking needs. Definitely having them tune up my bike come riding season!
