Vasyl installed a cooper roof over my portico and the craftsmanship and detail was amazing. His style resembles more of an old world art verse a modern roof install. He was very easy to work with in terms of scheduling and communication. I would recommend his services for any custom metal work/roofing.
Unikorn came over and did a roof repair in December when I was in a real bind with respect to selling my house. Other roofing contractors either refused to work due to the weather or being too busy, were expensive, or simply were not interested in such a relatively small job. Unikorn indicated that they were quite busy, but would come over on a weekend IF I bought the materials. They completed the job in 2 hours, and did it very professionally. I can't say enough good things about them. If you need roofing, or high-skilled metal work, this group is the one to call.
I am a construction project manager. I have been in construction for 25 years; working in many trades. I am thoroughly impressed with Unikorn Construction. My home has a very unique roof, with many trouble spots. The roof was in terrible condition. Knowing this was a difficult project, I spent time searching for the right roofing company. Unikorn Construction assessed my roof and provided an estimate quickly. I hired them and they completed the project promptly. Their workmanship is absolutely beautiful. The men were extremely professional and very kind to my family. I highly recommend this company.
Unikorn Construction installed a standing seam metal roof, copper gutters and new cedar shingle siding (Alaskan Yellow taper-sawn shakes) on our 1830 antique farmhouse. Also, all the exterior window trim, copper trim, gable/rake fascia trim were either replaced or newly constructed and installed. The work done is beautiful, highly professional and detail oriented. Restoring an antique house is challenging. Vasyl was able to find sensible and sympathetic solutions to existing issues and to problems encountered along the way. The workmanship is beyond reproach; Vasyl is not only very knowledgeable and talented but also an artist dedicated to his craft. We are more than pleased with the end result and extremely thankful to Vasyl and his wonderful, hard-working team. The property was always left impeccably clean. We are so grateful for an amazing exceptional job and consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Vasyl. He also happens to be an all-around great person. Highly recommend!!
