FARRELL ROOFING( AW FARRELL&SON) PLATTSBURGH DIVISION

I should have written this back in late May, but life has been very busy with selling one house and buying another. Anyhow, just before the sale of my home, a leak developed in the roof over the master bedroom. I called several outfits to see if I could get someone to address a metal roof. After two weeks of trying to find someone, I finally found and called Farrell Roofing. Boy, I wish I had just started with them!! The gentleman who answered the phone and took down my request was very courteous and assured me that they would find someone in their crew to come out that week and look over the problem and hopefully fix it at the same time. Sure enough, the next day without rain, George Bruso showed up, raised a ladder, and very quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it. He then walked around the roof and tightened up any screws he thought looked suspicious and squeezed some caulking into any suspect places. I was SOOOOO astounded when he told me that he wouldn't charge me for such a small job and to call again if I noticed any other problems. WOW!!!! Who treats people like that today! Farrell Roofing will ALWAYS get me business and I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone who's searching for a good roofing outfit. BTW, this outfit is fully licensed and insured and their employees are union, so you can be confident of their qualifications.
