These guys are awesome! Stopped in a few weeks ago looking forward a certain bike for my daughter. They were so quick to get it special ordered for her and hope to have it in a week! In a world where products are tough to come by (specially bikes, due to covid production issues), Ron and his team have the right connections to keep their customers happy and coming back for more! 5 stars!

I had such a great first experience here. I brought my old bike in because the shifter cable had broken inside the shifter, and I couldn't get the end piece out. I figured since I wasn't a regular customer, I had no right to expect that it would be worked on right away. But when Ron heard that I had come from across the river, that's exactly what he offered! In fact I was home with my repaired bike in time to get in a nice ride before dark. Thank you for helping me reach my goal of 3K miles for the year!

I brought in a bike cause I was having trouble getting a new inner tube into a tire, and there was a problem with one derailleur which wouldn’t shift out of the lowest gear. At most all it needed was manipulating the inner tube to get it under the bead and adjusting some screws on the derailleur or the shifter or cable. He had it there for a week; Without asking me he installed a new shifter way down at the end of the handlebar, very inconvenient; The brakes worked and I didn’t ask him to mess with them or anything else but without asking me he replaced the brake levers, brake cables, tape, housing, cork ribbon, inner tube. Charged me over $200, almost as much as the bike cost. Not recommended.

Ron, Alissa, and Dee are phenomenal! They are always able to help me out when I have bike issues. They are very friendly and professional. They also have let me in on some of the best places to ride. Hands down the best bike shop I've ever found.!
