Warning!!! Do not call this company for ANY REASON!!! They will blackmail you and scam you into buying a new heater and will tell you that they will call your gas company and have your gas shut off if you dont do what they say to do. They will call code officer and make empty clams against you to try and scary you. This company needs to shut down and not allowed to do any kind of business. They need to be reported to the Albany office for the way they have been doing things. I had them call the code officer on me and the code guy said they do this way to often. So that should say something right their.
Absolutely hands down the rudest people I've ever dealt with 3200 to replace my furnace then i have water leaking down onto the furnace from the roof where they did the job then call to have them fix the roof and get an attitude and hung up on. BEWARE these people are aholes
I normally do not leave reviews, but wish I had checked before calling them. They did come right out, but tried to tell me my furnace had issues and could call NYSEG to put a lock on it. That I must have CO2, but my house is hard wired through out with fire and CO detectors. I just wanted the blower turned up on the furnace. Claimed it wasn’t firing incorrectly and he almost got burnt. I didn’t see anything and was standing right there. Great actors. Once they realized I wasn’t buying into it they closed everything right up and left. I asked for an estimate on a new furnace and he did not offer to give me anything but a verbal. No written bill. I did pay them just to never have to deal with them again. BEWARE!

It was nice reaching a technician and not an answering service, they were very prompt and courteous. They solved the issue and had my heat back on within 90 minutes. I would highly reccomend these guys.
