I give Cook and Sons a 5 star review. No only is he a talented roofer with many years of experience under his belt, it turns out he is pretty good handy man as well both major and miner repairs under his belt. He takes the time to ensure quality work and at reasonable prices. Cook and Sons guarantees warranties for up to thirty years with products and repairs. He is friendly and family oriented. I would refer him to family and friends, and was very satisfied with the job he has done.
I noticed a sag in our roof. Found Cook & Sons on Google. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great communication of status and when needing to leave to get supplies. We have a flatter roof so Josh took pictures to show me the issues and different stages of the repair. Clean up was awesome just like he wasn't here.
I recently started renovating my house and had some hard to reach places to paint. I just happened to also have noticed some shingles missing from a shoddy roof repair last year. I called Josh and he came the same day and gave me an estimate. I didnt even need to call anyone else, he knew what needed done and was very reasonable. He finished the job the next day and I couldnt be happier. He knows his stuff and isnt afraid to get dirty if he needs to (i left a lid on a paint can loose and he got covered, but didnt mind). I couldnt have asked for a better experience (i have had some bad ones). Price was perfect and the work was spotless.nn10/10 would recommend.
