This place is a COMPLETE DIVE! Not a towel or washcloth in sight, 2 beds but only 1 actually had bedding...nThe only saving grace is there's a Burger King and grocery store within a half block since there's not even a a mini fridge let alone a microwave available...nLong term? For what the owner charges, you'd get better value from one of the many roach infested slumlords in Jamestown...

Had to stay here for a short period and Nick and his wife were absolutely a pleasure. They made our stay wonderful and helped keep us as comfortable as possible. They were the perfect host and hostess anyone could ask for!! I stop and say hello every so often still!! Thanks you two!

This is the chautauqua area dss mostly visited and used for the people who need a hand up in their lives. Staff isnt very inviting. Owner is not up to par with their customer service skills as in allowing visitors to your room.

4R92falconer I'm a state inspector licensed by NYS, I HVENT SEEN ANYTHING wrong at this location but I hvent spent the night . A lamp w no shade electric problems with it too. Will post more tomorrow morning cc.-dept hhs.

I had to stay here for 2 days I was put here by dss the owner is very intrusive and can't mind is own business asking way to many personal things and crossing the line of personal information way to much when he gave me my room key he was like this is the only key to your room (214)so dont loose it (lie)found out shortly after vame back my room was gone through and my personal things there was more stains on the mattress then I've ever seen there was an old cigarette but under the mattress cover this place had mold on the bathroom wall and shelf in the room smelt like hell unsafe for any one man never has rooms cleaned it's a nightmare here no microwave in room I was in no refrigerator so there was no was for me to even eat
