Comfort Inn Jamestown - Falconer

The guy behind the counter was very nice! He made sure I had a good place to park my truck/trailer, recommended a place to eat, and even gave my dog a treat. One small detail that I noticed was the air freshener they used, it complimented the season change. Fantastic experience!

Nice hotel for the price, pet friendly but there were some broken bottles in the grass. We found the room for 67 a night but since we had dogs we called instead of reserving online due to no option for pets. They asked the online price then said it wasn't a real price but they still gave it to us 70a night +pet charge. When checking in they said we didn't have a reservation but it was under a completely wrong name. He said it was a spelling error but the names didn't even contain the same letters. The entry door by our room was broken and the key cards are difficult to use in most doors, if you put it all the way in it flashed red so it needed some finessing. Inside and out was clean other than broken glass. They let boaters block off part of the parking lot and run extension cords over the sidewalk making a serious tripping hazard.

Clean rooms ...extremely friendly staff..I will stay again on next visit to Jamestown

So much they should provide iis not available, but you still have to Pay for it!nSeems like they should reduce prices!nClean place!nBedding inadequate and does not fit bed well....bedding came apart in middle of night...sheets and padding!
