Very clean and kept up hotel. Extremely reasonable price for what you’re getting. The room was very clean and updated with a modern look. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have the coffee bar out for breakfast and leave really nice little breakfast bags at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.

Comfortable and clean hotel. They were managing Covid conditions well.nnIf you are really lucky, you'll interact with Heidi at the front desk. Her customer service skills are second to none and she may be the biggest and best asset this hotel has.

I love this place, always clean and comfortable. And everyone who works there are so great. They're friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I stay here everytime I'm in town.

We had our hockey team stay there and they set up rooms for us with snacks & balloons and were super accommodating for us! They did an amazing job!

Horrible experience. To advertise something, it should be true. Pool was not heated and staff claimed they couldn't turn it up. Elevator stayed dirty for two days before someone decided to clean it. My friend booked the room from Friday to Monday. Not once did they come clean. Even when we left. We were suspected of smoking in a NON smoking room. She came inspected and found nothing. She smelled the insecents. We were chanting. We left the room 20-30 mins later called saying the order is strong she gonna kick us out. Mind you she seen us all leave. Who's smoking Casper? We brought it to the Managers attention and she wonderfully fixed it and gave my friend an extra night. Horrible Staff. Great management.
