From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Our heater in our beautiful double room suite was not working and they had a space heater going in there and also said that we could have two adjoining rooms if we wanted to move. We loved the room so we stayed. They brought us extra blankets and we were fine! We had an excellent stay and were very pleased with the kindness of the staff and that they went above and beyond to make our stay awesome! We visited the National Museum of Comedy which is a must see!!!! What a great weekend!!!
Very nice place to stay! Rooms were clean, pool was awesome! Staff was very nice. Was there for a family event.

Booked 2 suites and when we got in one of them it was a handicap and hearing impaired room. Had loud clicking noises and was next to the elevator which made loud noises all night long. Terrible room. Never told me that our room was loud with handicap noises. When I went downstairs to ask about it they said there was nothing they could do. Extremely disappointed. Should have gone elsewhere with all of the other options of hotels around.
