Location is Not wheelchair accessible. There is a wheelchair ramp out back to access the Inn, but there is thick mulch used as a pathway, which is difficult to maneuver in a manual wheelchair. There are absolutely Zero wheelchair accessible accommodations at this location. Quite disappointing in 2020!
It is as advertised. Cottage/Victorian hotel complete with antiques and cozy sitting areas in and out. Backyard leads down to the lake Walk to Lily Dale gate from hotel. Kind and helpful staff.
Nothing fancy. Very clean and the staff were kind and helpful
Staff is very friendly. Place is definitely old, you can not access the second floor being that the floors are unsafe to walk on. Beautiful scenery in the back with a lake view. Plenty of seating. We have a 1 and a half year old, with problems (like all small children) falling asleep in different places, let alone at home. Staff was very poliet and reassuring to us that it was quite alright and not to worry. Located basically across the street from Lily Dale grounds. Small room, ours had no AC. Small bathroom but if your here your most likely going to be spending most of your time in Beautiful Lily Dale. One thing I will say is DO NOT PULL THE BLINDS UP! For some reason they do not come back down. We didn't see the sign that was on the dresser until after we already raised the blinds up a bit. Overall, it was pretty much what I pictured when booking the hotel. No real complaints.
Nice and quiet and great staff 24 hrs a day at desk
