10 Fitch Luxurious Romantic Inn

My husband and I stayed at 10 Fitch for a long weekend in the winter. The hostess was very warm and accommodating, and our breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a movie night one night, thanks to the complimentary DVDs in the sitting room. Overall, it was the perfect romantic getaway.

We had an amazing time in the Finger Lakes, an area we didn’t know well, but plan to explore further. While the region is wonderful and deserving of further exploration, the highlight was 10 Fitch! This Inn was extraordinary, thanks to the innkeepers. We’ve stayed at B&B’s and Inns around the US and the world, but nothing was like 10 Fitch in terms of hospitality, service, and attention to detail. Cheryl, along with her spunky mom, Sally, and friendly husband, Rodney, offer authentic care and top-notch service. Visitors are pampered and heartfelt care is felt in everything they do, from the beginning tour to all the little (and big) touches. The place has a tranquil and gorgeous garden/backyard, a peaceful and welcoming vibe, and luxurious rooms (we stayed in the English Suite with a sitting room, balcony, and gigantic bathroom). While the breakfasts were note-worthy, delicious, and something special; the service, attention to detail, and care were EXTRAORDINARY. It’s truly a romantic paradise and we HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic, peaceful, and/or rejuvenating getaway! Thanks Sally and Rodney, but mostly Cheryl, for a birthday getaway that will long be remembered!

My first experience with a bed & breakfast was a great experience!!! The welcome by the owner was warm and friendly, she showed us around the first floor with the common areas, library, den room, living room and kitchen, the house is clean clean clean, every room has charm, decorated with love and detailed. On the second floor there are 3 suites, each suite has it's own charm, details, and again clean clean and clean... Since we where the only guests on the second day after being spoiled with a delicious breakfast, we already decided to stay a extra night, asked if we could stay in another room, absolutely no problem, we just wanted to have a good time and enjoy. Every morning a different theme at the breakfast table, and a different delicious meal to start your day. The host and owner of the B&B is around but not to be seen unless you call, she'll be with you in less than 2 minutes. The whole experience was just perfect for us..... Someone who appreciate eye for detail, luxury, relaxing experience, privacy and a delicious breakfast will love this place!!!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at 10 Fitch. Our weekend here was the perfect way to recharge our batteries and reconnect as a couple. Here are a few reasons this B&B is so wonderful:nnCheryl, the owner, is a wonderful person with the biggest heart. It is clear that she put her heart into this B&B. She has thought out every detail of your stay. There is an entire binder full of recommendations and driving directions for anything and everything you'd ever want to do in the area! She makes your stay magical- on our second night, we found our room decked out with candles (the electric kind so no fire hazard!), rose petals on the bed, and romantic music playing. We really felt the love!nnThe inn is spectacular. For a Mackenzie Child's fanatic like myself, I appreciated all the black and white decor items. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to appreciate. Cheryl even hand-painted the cabinet in the dining room! The beds are super comfy- we slept very well. All the couches and chairs are inviting and you sink right in with a good book. Everything is well maintained, while still preserving the antique nature of such a beautiful building. There is a wonderful sitting room that is set up with a puzzle to work on. Believe it or not, a puzzle is a great way to unwind and connect with your partner! The backyard is perfectly manicured, complete with a Koi pond! It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the simple things. Cheryl keeps coffee and refreshments well stocked. My personal favorite is the cookie jar, filled with her homemade chocolate cookies!nnAnd speaking of cookies, the food is very delicious so come hungry! Cheryl's mom makes delicious Belgian waffles, topped with blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. It's amazing! Cheryl brews delicious fresh coffee every morning. We didn't get to experience Cheryl's famous savory breakfast but I am confident that it's just as yummy.nnAll in all, this was a perfect weekend and we will definitely come back!

I took my wife here to get away for the weekend. I did a ton of research and this place caught my eye. Boy did I make the right decision. The place is beautiful. Cheryl and her family made us feel right at home. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. Every detail had been though of. My wife fell in love with the bathtub in our room (English Suite). I fell in love with the bed! I don't sleep well in strange beds. In this one I slept like a baby. Normally pillows suck... These ones were awesome.....and the sheets.... Oh man, the sheets! In the morning we had breakfast in the room. My wife is a waffle fan, and she raved about the waffles here. I can't think of a single bad thing to say, and for me that's unheard of. We will most definitely be back.. Probably for our anniversary in August. Yes, it's really that good.
