Hampton Inn & Suites Binghamton/Vestal

Absolutely horrendous!nOnce you take a close look into the rooms , they are all obscenely disgusting. With dead ladybugs to flies and even cockroaches , it really made me sick to my stomach. There was dust and dirt on the floor. The hallways were messy and on the weekend the pool was packed out with no kinds of restrictions being mandated. I got charged a fee for something that I had no involvement with. The pool water is also dirty and freezing cold. Great service (thanks to the workers who helped) but the overall experience here was terrible. -1000/5 and the general manager is totally unaware of anything going on, all he worries about is handing out fees for no bloody reason. Never staying here again and would not ever recommend this to anyone.

Garbage and articles of clothing found under both sofas (this speaks anything but thoroughly cleaned and sanitized) and pool ended up being closed the entire stay. I was told only a small number of people were allowed in at a time, but there were a lot of people and alot of rough housing and no hotel staff present to stop it. I had an overall bad experience.

My room was very clean. The smell of disenfectant in the room is a little strong due to covid.

This hotel needs to do a better job cleaning their rooms!! There were not one, not two but seven hairs in and around the sink in the bathroom. When we alerted the front desk we were handed disinfectant wipes so we can clean it ourselves. Would never stay here again!!
