Hampton Inn Binghamton/Johnson City

The staff here is trained very well, and male the check in and check out so comfortable, my stay of two nights here I enjoyed very much. Not in the area very much, but when in town for sure this will be my hotel. They need to be recognized for there great work.

Hotel is nice. It is in very convenient location. It is fairly up to date. Did appreciate very much the fact that they go to prove that everything in the room is sanitized. But for being a Hilton hotel the sheets that they had on the bed seemed not too thoroughly clean. And the wifi service was down. Called the front desk to inform them about it but nothing was done.

My stay was comfortable and the hotel seems to take too priority in cleanliness.nNot all patrons were wearing masks and nothing was addressed. I felt safe from the outside and from the virus in my room.nUnfortunately, there was a disturbance either on my floor or below me that kept me awake until 1a.m. I addressed my problem to the front desk and they assured me they would take care of it immediately. The noise did quiet down it still took me an hour to fall back to sleep. Six a.m. comes early.

As a homeless veteran I was able to get a room in August 2020. I stayed at the hotel until the end of February 2021. Very polite and respectful people work here!

The room was not as clean as expected. We found garbage from the previous guest in the room even though they claimed the room was sparkling clean. Around the sink had brown stuff accumulated suggesting that it had not been cleaned properly. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful!
