It was immaculate!i loved the area!nHowever , the incredible number of ‘rules’was so offputtingnIt was a place that was so controllingnI have stayed in so many B&B’s and this was stifling!nNo warmth though i will say the food was delicious.nI wish they had music since there was no conversation
Where do I start? When making reservations we requested a double bed room. Were told we could have it if available. Which it was. Instead we were put in a single full bed room, which was very inconvenient due to our disabilities. The amenities were sorely lacking. The gourmet breakfast, well if you cold bacon and eggs then I guess. If you want to have a conversation or watch some tv after 9PM... don't come here. We were harrassed by the owner not once but twice. We literally scolded for talking too loudly. And the second time reprimanded harshly that if we did not turn our tv down , he would come into into our room himself to do it. Which mind you was only on the number 12 volume key at 9:30 pm. This made us feel so uncomfortable that we didnt even partake in their breakfast service the next morning. We also were not acknowledged when we departed. In fact, he went so far as to ask our friend if we were checking out yet, in front of us...Really? It seems very suspicious that they nothing but 5 star rating. It seems a little contrived to us. Just saying. So good luck if you choose to stay here. That's all. Thanks... for nothing.
Lovely little place! We had a nice visit here after needing a place to stay for just one night for a wedding. Very quaint, quiet, the rooms were nice, service wonderful and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The food you can tell is all homemade with love, fresh and very, very good!
Clean and beautiful house, amazing hospitality, great breakfast!
We loved the Park House. Came up to Binghamton with our boys to visit the school and the town. The house is beautiful, cozy and squeaky-clean. David and Pamela were super-helpful and welcoming. The house is in a quaint and quiet area, which is great. Would return and recommend!
