I was carefully shopping around who to order from, and I appreciated the willingness of the AmericanCycle/ACEBMX to answer questions. I purchased a 2021 Chase Element Pro (Sand) and finally had a nice weekend to enjoy it. Kudos to Chase...I LOVE this bike. And kudos to the online store for being responsive, competitive, and QUICK! My husband, who owns a Chase Edge, is debating on getting his own Element...if he does we know where to get a great deal!

Outstanding response time during Covid pandemic. I was surprised to receive the same service I received before the pandemic.nAlso very happy with all the high end parts they carry in stock. Of course, you can get them cheaper here than anywhere else. While they may make their money off selling a lot of stuff for a low price, that high volume has not impacted their ability to get orders shipped out quickly. Maybe it’s because they only do BMX, but whatever it is, they know their stuff and will get you what you need ASAP!
