I offered to pay to have someone look at my mail order e-bike. The lady at the desk couldn't think of anywhere in the greater Binghamton area that might take a look at it. If you're wondering where to go, Babcock Bicycles immediately agreed to take a look at it over the phone.

Giant Mountain Bikes are the best money can buy. Aeros Cyclery is a dealership of Giant. Fantastic customer service from Joan. Top notch bike shop. Highly recommend this place. I just bought my fourth bike from them. I wish I would have stopped in four bikes ago.

I brought my bicycle in because the gears and brakes were no longer working after a long and hard winter of riding it mixed with sand after living on an island for a year. The lady was able to restore my bike to its former glory at a reasonable price and within a few days. She noted that I needed a new back tire but didn’t push it like many stores would have. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and will definitely go back for all my bike needs.

Very rude and condescending. Not a good experience. You’d have to pay ME to use this shop.
