Went there to buy a seat for my road bike. Got a great recommendation and love the seat. On top of that I got some great info on local mountain bike trails. Greatly appreciate the customer service and willingness to share your knowledge of local trails.

Great professional staff. I was in and out in less than 5 min after asking for help finding the right part to fix my bike.
I'm very disappointed. I called in to schedule an appointment for a tuneup on my bike, and didn't even know that the store was bought out. Not only that, but I purchased the lifetime warranty and tuneup a year ago, expecting to be able to use it, and you will not honor that. This is not a good way to keep previous customers of a former great business you took over.
We have loved Noble cycles. We have purchased two road bikes and many accessories from them. They have always been very helpful and accommodating. But our last experience with Hangar 15 left us not impressed. " i dunno" and sorry where's your money was what we got. Thinking we will be going elsewhere.
