Eric handled the return of my rental with professionalism and provided an excellent customer service environment.

Reserved a car two weeks in advance, only to be notified on the morning of the pickup that there are no cars available. How does that happen? You'd think that if someone RESERVES a car, the location would keep at least one in stock. I would understand if this was a last-minute request, but two weeks is plenty of time to find one car. Don't bother using this inept, uncoordinated company.

Insurance rental while car's in the shop. Hertz is also mostly out of cars today. While they have been good about calling me to see when I'll need a car while my car is in the shop, now that I found out when the repairs will start, they're non-starters--no one picked up for about three calls in half an hour yesterday afternoon, and it took another half an hour to have someone answer this morning.. Annoying. Three stars because when they get off their duffs, they do good work. Will see if the pick-up at the body shop works.

The attendant was great with the best customer service I have ever seen. Would have give a 5 star rating but they ran out of cars due to over booking and I had to wait 4 hours for a car. He was able accommodate me with a upgrade which was really nice.

Brought my friend to return her rental. Lord have mercy it’s been over an hour. Cause she’s chatting with other customers about personal issues!! Having good customer service is one thing but not when you have more ppl waiting. Next time it will be Enterprise.
